I’ve never enjoyed going to the gym or boring repetitive workouts so discovering a way to get fit while having lots of fun was a life-changing moment for me.

And so for the last 13+ years, I’ve made it my mission to share the joy of hooping with the world. I’ve taught thousands of people to hoop with my tried and tested methods and I can’t wait to share the fun with you too!
